Japanese Cotton Cheesecake

Assalamualaikum & selamat bersua kembali.

Agak lama sy bercuti kali ni..memang rindu pd blog ni, tp hanya mampu teringat je la..huhuu. Baru je nak update blog, dtg la si tecik tu nak tgk 'lululu' (pd zaman dahulu), 'pinpin' (upin ipin)..haihhh
Berlambak resipi tgh q nak di share. Tp nk menulis n upload gambar tu yg wat semua tergendala. Nanti2 nak try buat silent post la plak..mcm best je.huhuu

So arini ramai plak yg berminat dgn resipi Japanese Cotton Cheesecake..tergoda dgn gambar kat ig la tu.hehee. Sebenarnya dulu sy pernah buat skali n jadi, tp bila sy buat baru2 ni dia x jd plak. Masa dlm oven ok, tp bila kuar je jd padat aka bantat..tensen sungguh la. Mula2 sy guna slice cheese, lps tu tukar saiz loyang, lps tu tukar masa bakar n last nya harini baru la terjadi dgn sempurna. 

Resipi nya sama je, cuma lps masak tu biarkan dia bersemadi dlm oven dgn pintu terbuka. Biar dlm 15minit baru la di keluarkan..kek ni akan turun sedikit ya. Tekstur nya sgt gebu & lembut, dgn rasa lemak cheese yg sedang elok je. Boleh mkn tanpa rasa risau & bersalah (ye ke??)huhuu. Tak sabar nak buat?? Meh sila salin resipi kat bwh ni..hehee


Japanese Cotton Cheesecake

Bahan-bahannya:
Bahan A:
250g cream cheese
50g butter
100 ml susu segar (fresh milk)
6 biji kuning telur
1 sdb jus lemon (sy letak esen vanilla)
1/4 sdk garam
60g tepung kek/tepung superfine
20g tepung jagung (cornflour/cornstarch)

Bahan B:
140g gula (granulated sugar)
6 biji putih telur
3/4 sdk jus lemon (sy letak 1tsp cream of tartar)

Cara-caranya:
1. Cairkan cream cheese, butter dan susu dgn teknik double boiler. Bila dah cair, sejukkan adunan cream cheese tu tadi. 
2. Campurkan tepung, tepung jagung, kuning telur, garam dan jus lemon ke dalam adunan cream cheese dan gaul hingga sebati.
3. Dalam bekas lain, pukul putih telur sampai berbuih (foamy). Lepas tu, tambahkan gula dan pukul lagi sampai bertanduk (soft peak).
4. Campurkan adunan Bahan A tadi ke dalam adunan Bahan B yang dah gebu tu dan kacau sampai sebati. 
5. Sediakan tin/bekas kek yg bulat berukuran 8 inci, yg digriskan bawahnya dan tepi tu salut dgn kertas baking. Tuang adunan kek dalam tin kek.
6. Bakar kek pada suhu 160C dlm kira kira 1 jam, dengan cara bain-marie (waterbath).

Devilishly Moist Chocolate Cake

Wah wahhh wahhhh, nama tak hengat kau..hahaha. Sebenarnya sy pun pelik gak dgn nama kek ni..menakutkan pun ada, sampai ber'devil bagai. Mesti ada sebab nape org tu letak nama tu kan, biarlah rahsia..hahahaa. Yg penting kita dpt menikmati kek yg lezatttt ini. Sebenarnya, sy takde la suka sgt dgn kek coklat ni..tp tetiba je rasa teringin nak mkn. Sebijik kecik ni pun payah sy nak abiskan. Nasib la sy buat separuh adunan je. 

Ini gara2 tergoda dgn picture kat instegram la. Bahaya betul buka ig skang ni..hahaha. Salah sy sendri jugak pegi add baker2 yg maha hebat, dah tu terliuq dgn pic yg diorg post. Pengsan mcm ni..tgk apa semua teringin..lama2 badan ku berkembang dgn jayanya..huhuhu. Kek ni kak yani buat simple je, hanya curah choc ganache n tabur toblerons & maltesers. Tp sy pepandai pegi layer dgn cream cheese. Sebab nak habiskan cream cheese yg dah lama dibuka..syg kalau rosak nnt. Maka, jadilah kek yg semakin bahaya ini. Selamat membahayakan diri..hehehe



Devilishly Moist Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cups cocoa powder
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 2/3 granulated sugar
1/3 cup (80 ml) corn oil
2 large eggs
1/3 cup (80 ml) milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup(240 ml) boiling water

Method:

1. Preheat your oven at 165C, prepare 3 9 inches round cake tins.
2. Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda , salt into a mixing bowl. 
3. Mix them on  low speed till well mixed. Add sugar. Add oil and mix on low speed till the mixture become crumbly. i
4. In a separate bowl mix eggs, milk and vanilla...add this mixture into the dry mixture until well blended. 
5. Still on low speed slowly pour boiling water, and scraping down the mixture. Pour the batter into the prepared pans.
6. Bake for about 40 minutes, let cool. and garnish with chocolate ganache.

Congo Bars

Salam ceria utk anda semua..

Resipi kali ni adalah salah satu resipi yg agak fofular jugak kat KG. Rupanya tersangat la cute, dgn limpaham cip coklat di atas nya. Keteringinan nak rasa membuatkan sy mencuba resipi Congo Bars ni (ayat skema sesangat, tak tau la napa). Dah lama gak sy cuba resipi ni sebenarnya, tp terlupa nak update kat cni..huhuu. Cara nak membuatnya memang senang sesangat, tak payah guna mixer pun..sy hanya guna senduk kayu.

Oleh sebab kami hanya ber3, jd sy suruh enche somi bawak congo bars tu ke sekolah utk bekal..takda la membazir. Tp 1st time buat tu dia jadi agak manis..so sy kurangkan gula sedikit utk yg seterusnya. Masa tgh bakar tu, memang semerbak 1 umah dgn bau congo bar..org yg kata kenyang pun terus lapar tiba2..hahaha. Siyes sgt sedap, xtau nak ckp rasa dia mcm mana..nk kata mcm brownies bukan, mcm kek pun bukan. Korang buat & rasa sendri la. 

Di jamin tak menyesal..sebab ramai yg rasa terus nak resipi & ada jugak yg order. Owh ya, sy hanya letak kacang badam kat bahagian atas, kalau korang nak letak kat bahagian dlm pun boleh juga. Nak letak walnut or pecan pun sukahati la, kita yg buat dia..hehehe


Congo Bars

Ingredients:
2 3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup butter, I used Anchor, Tatura has not been giving the right taste and texture lately!
1 lb light brown sugar, I used 12 oz only thank God!
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
11.5 oz milk chocolate chip, I used 250g chopped Valrhona
1 cup pecans, I didn't have any, so skipped this.


Method:
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl.
Stir brown sugar and softened butter, until all butter disappears and well incorporated.
Add eggs one at a time, stir well. Add vanilla.
Add chocolate chips and nuts, mix well.
Add dry mixture ie flour, baking powder and salt.
Bake ina 13/9 inch pan at 170 degrees Celcius for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden. Like baking Brownies, never over bake or you will have a hard brownie!

Banana Walnut Cake

Assalamualaikum semua..

Tadi enche somi beli pisang utk Kashfe. Mamat tu memang suka sgt mkn pisang. Kalau pisang emas yg kecik2 tu, dia boleh mkn 3bijik..sekejap je licin. Bila mak Kashfe nampak je pisang tu, terus terbayangkan kek pisang yg di makan panas2. Ish ish ishhh, sedapnya. Nampak gayanya kena la ambil pisang Kashfe sikit..huhuhuu. Mak nak buat eksperimen ni, nnt kita bleh mamam sama2..heheehe

Kek pisang yg selalu sy buat guna blender je..mcm kek pisang yg byk jual kat pasaraya tu (tp kat cni tak ada pun). Kali ni nk tau kek pisang dr Kitchenguardian plak..ramai yg kata kek tu sgt sedap. Tambahan pula, walnut yg sy bawak blk masa cuti raya haritu masih ada. Sungguh excited rasanya..cuma salted caremal & cream cheese frosting nya tak ada..keciwa la jugakk. Tak apa, next time boleh repeat lg.

Sy cuba gantikan sultanas (kismis, raisin) dgn chop dark chocolate. Walllahhhh, rasanya tersangat sedap. Bila geget kat choc tu, tambah plak dgn walnut..rasa nya mcm di awang-awangan. Kek nya sangat lembap, setelah simpan 2 hari pun masih lembap lg. memang sy berpuas hati sgt dgn resipi ni. Cuma yg c best nya, sy hanya dpt buat 1/2 bancuhan..sebab pisang nya Kashfe & abah Kashfe dah mkn, tunggal sikit je yg sempat diselamatkan..huhuhu


Banana Walnut Cake

Ingredients
175g all purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
1/2 tsp salt
125g butter-melted
120g sugar
2 large eggs
300g bananas-I used 450g pisang emas and reduced the sugar to 100g
80g walnuts-I added!
100g sultanas- I omitted this
1 tsp vanilla extract


Method

1.Preheat oven at 160C, Prepare baking tins...I used muffin cups this time.
2.Sift flour, bicarbonate soda, baking powder and salt, set aside.
3.Melt butter, let cool, add in sugar and eggs, whisk lightly. Add in vanilla.
4.Add in flour mixture. Mix bananas, walnut, dark chocolate.
5.Bake for about 40 minutes.
