Banana Walnut Cake

Assalamualaikum semua..

Tadi enche somi beli pisang utk Kashfe. Mamat tu memang suka sgt mkn pisang. Kalau pisang emas yg kecik2 tu, dia boleh mkn 3bijik..sekejap je licin. Bila mak Kashfe nampak je pisang tu, terus terbayangkan kek pisang yg di makan panas2. Ish ish ishhh, sedapnya. Nampak gayanya kena la ambil pisang Kashfe sikit..huhuhuu. Mak nak buat eksperimen ni, nnt kita bleh mamam sama2..heheehe

Kek pisang yg selalu sy buat guna blender je..mcm kek pisang yg byk jual kat pasaraya tu (tp kat cni tak ada pun). Kali ni nk tau kek pisang dr Kitchenguardian plak..ramai yg kata kek tu sgt sedap. Tambahan pula, walnut yg sy bawak blk masa cuti raya haritu masih ada. Sungguh excited rasanya..cuma salted caremal & cream cheese frosting nya tak ada..keciwa la jugakk. Tak apa, next time boleh repeat lg.

Sy cuba gantikan sultanas (kismis, raisin) dgn chop dark chocolate. Walllahhhh, rasanya tersangat sedap. Bila geget kat choc tu, tambah plak dgn walnut..rasa nya mcm di awang-awangan. Kek nya sangat lembap, setelah simpan 2 hari pun masih lembap lg. memang sy berpuas hati sgt dgn resipi ni. Cuma yg c best nya, sy hanya dpt buat 1/2 bancuhan..sebab pisang nya Kashfe & abah Kashfe dah mkn, tunggal sikit je yg sempat diselamatkan..huhuhu


Banana Walnut Cake

Ingredients
175g all purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
1/2 tsp salt
125g butter-melted
120g sugar
2 large eggs
300g bananas-I used 450g pisang emas and reduced the sugar to 100g
80g walnuts-I added!
100g sultanas- I omitted this
1 tsp vanilla extract


Method

1.Preheat oven at 160C, Prepare baking tins...I used muffin cups this time.
2.Sift flour, bicarbonate soda, baking powder and salt, set aside.
3.Melt butter, let cool, add in sugar and eggs, whisk lightly. Add in vanilla.
4.Add in flour mixture. Mix bananas, walnut, dark chocolate.
5.Bake for about 40 minutes.
