Banana Walnut Cake with Cream Cheese

Resipi ni masih menggunakan resipi yg sama sy buat dulu. Korang boleh tengok resipi nya di sini ya..cuma kali ni sy tak letakkan coklat & sy tambahkan cream cheese sbg frostingnya. Yg sebenarnya, ada customer order kek banana walnut ni, sebab tu la sy buat sampel utk diri sendri dulu sebelum dijual. Cuak gak nk buat kek 1st time terus jual kan.ntah apa rupa & rasanya. 

Kek ni sgt moist & tersangat la sedap bila di matchkn dgn cream cheese frosting. Masa buat ni sy tak sempat nak buat salted caramel dia lg. Rasa2 kalau ditambah salted caramel pastinya lg menarik kan..nyum nyumm


Banana Walnut Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
175g all purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
1/2 tsp salt
125g butter-melted
120g sugar
2 large eggs
300g bananas - I used 450g pisang emas and reduced the sugar to 100g
80g walnuts -I added!
100g sultanas - I omitted this
1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
1.Preheat oven at 160C, Prepare baking tins...I used muffin cups this time.
2.Sift flour, bicarbonate soda, baking powder and salt, set aside.
3.Melt butter, let cool, add in sugar and eggs, whisk lightly. Add in vanilla.
4.Add in flour mixture. Mix bananas, walnut, dark chocolate.
5.Bake for about 40 minutes.


For Cream Cheese Topping
I used 250g cream cheese, 125g butter, vanilla and sifted icing sugar to taste. I also added 3 tbsp whipping cream.
